We have been building — and integrating — transactional, database-centric web applications for our customers since 2000. We have built web applications using many major platforms, from Perl/CGI to Vignette Story Server to .NET to Salesforce.com.

Since 2010 we have been focusing on the extremely popular Salesforce.com, bringing solid development practices together with the platform itself (Apex, Lightning, Communities, API’s, etc.) to improve our customers’ user experience and to connect Salesforce.com orgs to “external” business systems and data.

We had lofty goals. This was a large implementation, and we took it one step at a time. We were able to meet our goals to build the portal, to allow the patients to be able to access that portal remotely, and to be able to fill out pre visit questionnaires before they come saving time during the visit in the waiting room. They can also fill out clinical questionnaires that come into our electronic records management system so that the providers and the medical assistants can have those questions answered before the patient even comes in.
